There are three types of home buyers today; home buyers who have begun searching for their new home, weeks even months, before they contact a Realtor® and spend just a few hours on a weekend before they pick their new home. Buyers who require the full services of a Realtor®-- someone who needs the Realtor® to spend hours searching, pre-viewing, scheduling and showing properties. Or somewhere in between. It seems unfair to charge the same 3% commission to each. Sure, the seller "pays" the commission, but the truth is the buyer is still paying for it in higher prices. So we decided to change the rules. If you need a full service Realtor® you've got it. If you do the research, give us a short list and pick one from that list, we'll rebate you up to 2% of the commission back at closing. And if you fall somewhere in between, we'll split the difference. How refreshing! you pay only for the service you need.
