What We Offer Buyers:

Just like sellers, buyers are more informed than ever before. In the past Realtors® spent hours and hours searching for properties for their clients. Today, most buyers spend hours and hours looking for a home on their own, either using the Internet or even driving the neighborhood they want to live in.

So why pay more for a house, sure the "seller" pays the 3% commission--but that's just added to the price, when you did some of the work? Most people think they should get to keep some of that commission and we agree! So depending on how much work you do we'll rebate you 1-2% of the sales price at closing.

2% Rebate Program:

If you find the house, schedule an appointment, view the house and decide to buy it, and all we do is submit the offer and handle your part of the closing, we'll rebate you upto 2%.

New Home Rebate Program:

Builders of new homes expect their clients to have an agent represent them and add that commission into the price of the new home. Only problem is, if you don't have an agent prepresenting you, the builder gets to pocket the commission since the builder almost never rebate or discount the property equal to the commission. So why not keep that money or use it for a bigger down payment, have us as your representitive and we'll rebate you upto 2%. Plus it's easy, just tell the salesperson we are your Realtor® and give them this PDF when you visit a new home community.

1% Rebate Program:

If you find a short list of houses and want us to show them to you, and handle your part of the closing, we'll rebate you upto 1%. You can use your rebate how ever you'd like. Need money for moving, changes you plan to make for your new home, lower the price of the property or maybe assistance with the down payment, you decide, it's your money.
